Video Pro Samples ~ Professionally Produced by Crews for Various Initiatives
Below you see a sampling of videos I produced, wrote and directed. Some of these I produced as freelance work, while others were produced at SAS Institute many years ago. In both cases I was able to hire my favorite crew which includes a highly skilled videographer and lighter, an audio engineer and a grip. The budgets for these varied, but were substantial. Each program had a specific objective, the writing and imagery was chosen to ensure positive outcomes. Our clients report increased donations, viewers gain insight into processes, and employees follow best practices. Contact me to discuss how we can address your objectives.

The Home of the Perfect Christmas Tree shows how a small town promotes a new enterprise. Produced independently by Trudy Thomson & Associates this demonstrates how interviews can seamlessly be interwoven with content. This was put together from various sources of raw material, enhanced and creatively edited by my present editor associate. You can also see the full program. It was created in a documentary style, with interviews on location. It presents a mix of audio and music that compliments the style of the book that this interesting non-profit store was based on. You might want to order something from them online! I have!
Keep Healthy addresses the need for individuals to choose a health plan that is compatible with their unique needs. Once again, this was produced through SAS® Video Productions. The script was crafted by me and was carefully shot and lit by one of my associates. Although there were no spoken lines, we hired actors to play different roles in various scenes.
No Place for Home illustrates the challenges of the homeless and the services available to them. Produced through SAS® Video Productions, this was written as three different stories and intentionally edited with jump cuts to increase the tension. This was shot by one of my present videographer associates.
